Clients may cancel their digital marketing services anytime. The client needs to give at least a two weeks notice for initiating the cancellation of their service.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will verify it and inform you about the approval or rejection of your cancellation.
Refund Policy:
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted in case of service dissatisfaction, at the discretion of our management.

2. Digital Goods (PDFs, ZIP files, etc.):

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the digital nature of our products, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy:

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable UNLESS mentioned otherwise.
In cases of technical issues (e.g., corrupt files, accessibility problems), please contact us within 15 days of purchase for support or possible replacement.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

General Terms:

Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
